Are your dogs barkin'?

Feet hurt? Join the club. According to the article "Think of Your Poor Feet" in the New York Times, foot pain usually kicks in (get it? "kicks" in?) when you're in your 60s, but it can happen as early as your 20s.
“A lot of people think foot pain is part of the aging process and accept it, and function and walk with pain,” said Dr. Andrew Shapiro, a podiatrist in Valley Stream, N.Y. Though some foot problems are inevitable, their progress can be slowed.
The article then goes on to list several reasons this could be happening, including poor circulation, diabetes and bad shoes. If your tootsies aren't 100%, it's worth a read.

Personally, my feet are fine, considering the fact that they spend most of their time in my mouth.
