A somewhat random, one day swell passed through my local, Redondo Beach break this week so this Fitness Nerd got himself a somewhat random, one day great surf. In honor of that, I'm giving my humor muscles a recovery day today and just issuing a little "stoke," as us old guy surfers call it. Get a load of this:

ReplyDeleteI've had some bad ice cream headaches after a duck dive here in SoCal (Feb-Mar), but the great lake surfers take the ice cream cake. Icicles on the hoodie brim?!
