Why is it that people say the government putting a tax on something means they're telling us that we can't drink it?
Anyway, it's good to hear that if it goes through they're planning on using the extra money for health care initiatives. And I think a penny an ounce would definitely affect how much people bought of it, because that is going to cause a pretty significant price increase.
